Gabby Westbrook.
Westbrook was born in Auckland, New Zealand as an only child. Her family moved to Australia when she was two years old.
Westbrook was started as a child model from the age of 4 with a Bimini model representing several hair brands in Australia. Westbrook did not officially sign with a major agency until 2012. She grew up near Sydney, an eastern suburb of Paddington before moving to New York. To pursue an international modeling career.
Her father John Patrick founded the highly successful Recruitment Empire, Momentum Consulting Group Pty Ltd in 2000 with offices in Australia and New York. Westbrook's aunt, Barbara Muller was 1984's Miss New Zealand, Mrs. New Zealand 1987, and Mrs. World 1987, and she had a very successful modeling career with Wilhelmina New York in the '80s.
She began modeling as a child at the age of five. She stayed for several years at the age of twelve and returned to modeling at the age of fifteen.
At age 15, Westbrook was discovered in The Girlfriend Model Search by Kathy Ward, owner of Chic Model Management, the same competition that launched Miranda Kerr's career.
In 2013 she was voted the face of the L'Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival. She has been on the cover of magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Elle Australia, shot by Derek Henderson, and Marie Claire. Her modeling portfolio includes features from magazines such as Vogue and Rush. Westbrook's career also includes advertising campaigns for brands such as Urban Outfitters, Armani, Vera Wang, Diesel, and Eli Saab. Westbrook has been contracted with Chic Management - Australia, The Lions NY, The Lions LA, Select Model Management - London, and Oui Management - Paris.
